We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal information is also safeguarded. Therefore, while using this Website, you accept the practices stated in this Privacy Policy.

There are several ways in which we may collect information from you. First, we may collect your personal information, such as name, telephone number, e-mail, and postal address. Based on your information, we may contact you to respond to your enquiries and discuss products, services, or purchases. Aside from these, we will not disclose, distribute or sell your personal information to other third parties unless we have your prior permission or are required by law.

We take every reasonable measure necessary and continue to make high-quality safety to protect the privacy and integrity of our author's/researcher's personal information while providing the high-level communication services they expect. We follow accepted academic standards to protect the information you submit to us, both in transmission and once we receive it. However, no Internet transmission and electronic storage methods are 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain the personal information we collect from you for as long as the information is relevant to the fulfillment of our journal purposes or until you request that we remove the data.

Once a manuscript is submitted, it is assigned to a Managing Editor most appropriate to handle it, based on the subject of the manuscript and the availability of the Managing Editors. If the Managing Editor determines that the manuscript is not of sufficient quality to go through the standard review process or if the manuscript's subject is not appropriate to the journal scope, the Editor rejects the manuscript with no further processing (desk rejection).

If the Managing Editor determines that the submitted manuscript is of sufficient quality and falls within the scope of the Journal, he/she assigns the manuscript to two anonymous Reviewers for peer review. The reviewers submit their reports on the manuscripts along with their recommendation of one of the following actions to the Editor:

• AcceptAccept submission (Publish with regular check)
• MinorRevisions required (Consider after Minor Changes)
• MajorResubmit for review (Consider after Major Changes)
• RejectDecline submission (Reject: Manuscript is flawed or not sufficiently novel)

The peer-review process is double-blinded, i.e., the reviewers do not know who the authors of the manuscript are, and the authors do not have access to the information of who the peer-reviewers are. Without the significant contributions made by peer reviewers, the publication of the Journal would not be possible.

Research Communications Journal follows a strict plagiarism policy. By submitting the Author(s) manuscript to the journal it is understood that it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the journal. Manuscripts submitted to the journal may be checked for originality using anti-plagiarism software.

All the submitted manuscripts for publication are checked for plagiarism after submission and before starting the review. If plagiarism is found above 10 percent, articles could be rejected at any stage of processing.

Plagiarism misrepresents ideas, words, and other creative expression as one's own. Plagiarism represents the violation of copyright law. Plagiarism appears in various forms.

• Copying the exact content from the other source. Purposely using portions of another author's paper.
• Copying elements of another author's paper, such as figures, tables, equations or illustrations that are not common knowledge, or copying or purposely using sentences without citing the source.
• Using text downloaded from the internet.
• Copying or downloading figures, photographs, pictures or diagrams without acknowledging your sources.

In the case of a publication being submitted that was originally published in another language, the title, date and journal of the original publication must be identified by the authors, and the copyright must be obtained. The editor may accept such a translated publication to bring it to the attention of a wider audience.

In case the author wants to use material from the other work then it is mandatory to cite the same in references. Else the author needs to change the language completely and use his/her own language.
